Laughably Evil: So much to a point where he can't even be considered evil.Jimmy Silverman does say he's strongly considering suing him, but we never know if he went through with it. note Unless you technically count his offscreen Prison Rape before his debut. Karma Houdini: He gets off pretty light, becoming a one-hit wonder versus everyone else getting killed or murdered. He's very insistent that he works as a "hygiene technician", not a toilet cleaner at Burger Shot.Downplayed, but during the first mission with him being labeled a "fake gangster" is hard to take seriously when he is presented as capable in holding a weapon, but this becomes more in line after the mission.Though CJ was probably just mocking him when he said it. Loc is said to have put on quite a bit of muscle while in jail, but from what we see of him, he looks pretty scrawny.Hypocrite: During his final appearance in the game, he calls both CJ and Madd Dogg pussies even though he's the one running away from them.High Hopes, Zero Talent: He ditches college for his high passion to become a famous rapper, ignoring the fact that he's extremely terrible at it.He-Man Woman Hater: During his interview in "Entertaining America", which can be heard in the WCTR radio, Big Smoke reveals that OG Loc has hated women all his life.
Hate Sink: Not only is he an annoying stupid bratty idiot, but he's also an utterly talentless, plagiarizing hack who was fine with murdering a number of Madd Dogg's associates (and even an innocent woman who had the misfortune of being at the wrong place at the wrong time) and stealing his rhyme book, ruining the man's career in the process and almost driving him to suicide.
His personality is even worse and everybody hates it as well. Hated by All: His rapping is so bad that everybody hates it.FaceHeel Turn: He allies himself with Big Smoke after the Grove Street Families is disbanded and CJ is kicked out of town, and is antagonistic towards CJ when he comes back to Los Santos.Dreadful Musician: He is a terrible rapper he's so terrible in fact, that not even Madd Dogg's competently written rhymes sound good.Dirty Coward: His first instinct upon seeing CJ and Madd Dogg chasing after him while he's doing an interview is to run away, despite proclaiming himself as a "gangster.".Burger Fool: His parole officer lined him up with a job at a Burger Shot, much to his dismay. The original mission presents Loc as a wannabe who gets himself into trouble (which is consistent with his personality) while the final mission makes his wannabe status of a gangster something of an Informed Attribute. For one, CJ talks about the spot as it was Vagos hood where it actually belongs to the Ballas, and the user imagines it was a persecution level on foot where CJ had to follow Loc running against Freddy, but this was changed to a persecution level where both CJ and Loc have to follow Freddy on motorcycles. As pointed out by Youtube user KeV3n, the dialogue doesn't align with what the final mission ended up being. The Artifact: The mission Og Loc (his introduction in the game) is completely off with the way the dialogue is presented.Ambition Is Evil: Loc's obsession with becoming a rapper leads to the death of Madd Dogg's manager and an innocent woman, the murder of his guards, the destruction of Madd Dogg's career and the theft of a stereo system. All There in the Manual: OG Loc's raise to fame, including Big Smoke investing on him, is only told through the radio shows, which can make his "sudden" antagonistic role in the mission Cut-Throat Bussiness a bit odd if you didn't listened to the radio or didn't paid attention to it.
